Tips
Cleaning and removing stains from copper pans
Remove stains first by sprinkling with salt and scoring with a cloth soaked in vinegar. Fill a 1pt(600ml) spray bottle with vinegar and three tbsp of salt. Spray on the copper and, let it stand for an hour, then rub clean.
